I,ve got a 15k total rehab in a bad area any suggestions

3br 1ba house in revitalization zone asking 15k. many have looked but no buyers yet. What could I do better?

Have you considered putting it up for auction?  I'm not familiar with your area, but at that price I would suspect if you were to try putting it up for auction at the same time as several other properties.  Are there any auction services in your area that conduct periodic auctions for properties like this?

List it with a realtor or at least consult with one. It has been my experience that when selling by owner the buyer will often underbid in an attempt to take advantage of not paying a realtor's commission. Most experienced realtors and agents can get you maximized revenue and they usually know where to refer the buyers for prequalifying.
