The very best idea is to contact a Local Buyer's Agent. They can prepare an anlysis of the home, typically for no charge, and you'll know what it's worth.
That agent can also negotiate a price for you. There is more to the home purchase than just the cost of the house.
There are other fees such as appraisals, survey's, home warranty, and settlement costs. A good Buyer's Agent could possibly save you thousands!!

Get a local Realtor who will look at the house with you, and based on its condition he/she should be able to give you a good idea of how much the house is worth in today's market. This process will save you a whole lot of guess work and you will be better prepared to make an offer should the house meet your needs and price range. Get to it before the home gets into a bidding war with multiple interested buyers.

The house on La Vecinas appears to be priced very good at $260,000 as an REO. The pictures on line make the home look in pretty good shape. Many REO's need a lot of work, butif the pictures show a good example of the condition of the property, it will probably go pretty quick at that price. It is one of the larger homes in the neighborhood. Many other homes in the area have sold for less, but they are between 1000-1300 sq ft.
I wanna know how much this house worth.
