I think that the poster was asking about a house in Racine, WI. If your last house owner in FL lived to be 102, you must have a good luck house for sure! Enjoy it :)

if you are talking about 4255 Gulf drive #106, Holmes Beach, FL...we bought it from a 96 year old (who is still loving and is 102) and she bought in early 1990's, property was in bankrupsty back when they were built in early 1980's, and there was one other owner who moved...no, we never heard of anyone ever dying in this property.
