surely you'll get some responses. I notified an agent in your area to log on to read your post and hopefully they will contact you. if you want to be more proactive, you can use the directory on here to find one that you want to use. One of the things you can do is click on their name to see their profile and reivew postings they have made on zillow adivce so you can see a little bit about what they think on isses - now just because they haven't done doesn't meant they aren't good agents, it just means they haven't used zillow much, but if they've posted some really bad answers you can tell you don't want to work with them. Have a look.
