You can't directly change the Zestimate, but you do have the power to change some of the features on the home, and that my in turn adjust the value of your Zestimate.

The link above will take you to the Help page and instruct you on how to Claim your home and input any data that may be missing from your home's description and thereby causing a lower Zestimate than is deserved. Be aware that no matter what you do, your Zestimate may never get to a value that you (or an agent/appraiser) feel is correct. The Zestimates are notorious for having a large margin of error, but adjusting the features of you home may at least get it closer to what you believe it is worth.
Best of luck.
