The property must still be claimed under the previous owner. If the property is not posted for sale (no red arrow), you can dispute the claim by hovering over "Edit" and click "Report problem with home" then choose "Incorrect owner claim " from the Problem drop down menu. You will then be diverted to a page where you can provide information to prove you are the rightful owner.
