I want to delete my listings as well as my account. Please advise how to do this.

There does not seem to be a way for me to adit or control the date that is shown on Zillow.

Mouse over on the My Zillow at top right then click listings.  Next page should show your listings and enable you to edit or cancel.  I'm not sure how to delete the account.
