Eric and Susan,
Your house at 4455 Richmond Court, Bettendorf, IA has an Assessed Value of $154,770 by the Scott County Assessor's Office.
They have the record that you purchased the property for $160,000 on 5-13-08 which is more than likely influencing their value.
Zillow uses many sources, but especially the public records, in order to arrive at their Zestimate of Value.
You aren't the first nor will you be the last person to disagree with it.
The good news for you is that it has nothing to do with what a Buyer is willing to pay for your house should you choose to sell it.
If you "claim" your listing on Zillow (as mentioned in the other comment) you may change pictures and edit information, however, you usually cannot simply change their Zestimate of Value.
If you need further assistance, just contact a good REALTOR who knows Zillow.
Good Luck!
Lucky :)
