My partner and I had the home listed at 607 Lone Ridge and I guarantee you that it was not a foreclosure. It was a brand new home and like Kari said, it sold for $282,500. This is an excellent deal for a brand new home with 4300SF and loaded with upgrades.
Please do not take into consideration any numbers y ou see for Texas on Zillow. Texas is a non-disclosure state and sales prices are not de public. Zillow get their information from public records therefore it explains why the zestimates don't work in Texas.
It does however, work very well for some other states.
I have 13 other listings for sale in Murphy and the cheapest one is 188K (never lived in).

According to the MLS, 607 Lone Ridge Way in Murphy was a new construction from a builder that sold for 282K.. It wasn't a foreclosure. If you'd like a list of foreclosures in Murphy, I would be happy to send you some. Just contact me through my email and I'll set you up!
