Zillow does not typically have Zestimates for areas many parts of Texas (especially Houston). I looked around on the web a bit for other sites that many have a value like but was unable to find anybody that had a value. You can compare the house to historical census data to see what values were like in 2000, but that's about it. Here is a ÃÂ link to that data.ÃÂ http://www.city-data.com/zips/77351.html There is also the basic information for your town on Zillow for town valuesÃÂ http://www.zillow.com/real-estate/TX-Livingston-home-value/ Zillow adds new information all the time so it may be available in the future, but for now not too much out there for Texas in general. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Hire an appraiser. The cost should be $250 to $350. If you are getting a loan, the lender will order an appraisal which you will be charged. Don't rely on the Zillow Zestimate to make the most important decision you make make in your life; the purchase of a home.
I want to find out the zestimate for a house I'm buying in Livingston, tx. How do I do this?
