An updated picture will not change the value Zillow puts on your home. If you are looking to sell, it may change the marketability, but that is it.

Updating the Bird's Eye views requires a series of airplane fly-overs. Zillow licenses this imagery from Microsoft, actually, who has been good about fairly frequent updates, depending on population density, etc. Anyway, time should fix this one, but pls be patient. Meantime, maybe take a bunch of pretty pictures of her house and upload them right onto the home's page here on Zillow.
