That area has been hard hit with forsclosures so we need more information on the property to give an opion. You would have many to chose from in that price and size.

What's the properties condition like? Has the backtard been landscaped? Does it have upgrades? Is the kitchen stock or upgraded? Does it need extensive repairs?
It's going to depend on factors like this but generally I think thats fair for homes of that age and size.
