Different neighborhoods certainly vary in desirability.
The Y axis numbers vary, and don't go down to zero. If you look at the actual numbers for the zip code does it vary from graph to graph? If you scroll your mouse over the graph, you can look at specific numbers on a specific date. The one I checked showed no difference on a specific date for the town, the zipcode and the neighborhood. Of course the houses were different shown in "this house'.

I want to know why the graph for different areas of the town are different in the zestimate.
