I want to sell my house Rent/Lease to own but I have no idea how to do it or the paperwork needed. Can someone point me in the right direction to get started?

Coldwell Banker has a tool that will allow you to search the area for a market analysis type thing -- also you can go online and search for your county's GIS (google search something like "Mecklenburg County GIS") that will also allow you to see what the homes have sold for in that area.
Decided what your absolutely bottom line asking price will be and go from there. The Bar Association in your state should have real estate forms but you can also find these same forms in the library in books, etc. that will have them.

You will have to have an attorney for the closing process however but for the cleaning, staging, showing and selling you can do all that on your own and pocket the 6-10% realtor fee.

Go to the library and get several books on selling and leasing residential property. Then, call several Realtors who live in your area and measure who knows more; you or them. When you decide; hire them!
