It sounds like you are wanting to represent yourself while also listing in your local multiple listing service. If you list your property with an MLS member, a representative of that company can provide the forms for you. In some cases the forms will be available on the company's website, and for the others you can just call or email the broker with whom you want to list.

you can use any software to make a flyer..if that is what you want..maybe postlets.com or powerpoint...
