1. From the home details page, click the Edit then Release ownership claim. Follow the instructions provided.

2. Go back to your My Zillow and Favorite homes then click on "Remove favorite".

Try going to your home's details page and changing the status. If that doesn't work, hit the little "flag" button and have customer service work on it for you.
I want to "un-claim" my house and cancel my Zillow account. How do I do this?
