I want to unsubscribe to the alerts for new listings and cant find a place to do it.

the problems is it sends any new listing and I only want an alert on the saved search o of the home and price range we are looking for.  please advise

Try the following: 

Start with  "My Zillow" in the upper right.
Click on "Profile".
Go to "subscriptions" (on left) and scroll down to see what you may wish to remove.
