Im not tring to be difficult here. The yellow house across the street was very nice but the agent said that sewers were planned on that street so Oxford Court could be done. The town said that if they were to build those homes today, the town wouldnt let them!
You did see all the marking on the street didnt you? The town couldnt tell me how much this would cost or what it would do to the taxes. Something doesnt sound right here!

The septic system has been serviced by Sonitrol and there are no known issues with it. I am not sure what they are referring to, but sewers are in the area and it would be nice if they were hooked in!

I was told by the Town Of Cheshire that the area is due for sewers because of major problems...??
