I was told that as a broker, I should "Claim my listings". How do I do that?

First; your Zillow profile email address should match the email address that syndicates your listings. If you or your broker are syndicating with a different address, add that address to your profile.
Second (a question): how are you syndicating your listings?  Your broker?  Postlets?

Once your listings are syndicated by a 3rd party you should not have to claim them.  It usually takes a day or so for the syndication to catch.  Unless you push the listings through some sort of syndication you won't be able to claim the listing.  Can you imagine the problems that would arise if anyone could claim a listing?

Use the FAQ tab in the menu on the left.  Look for the Most Popular Zillow questions.  On this page you will find answers to most of the basic questions about this site.

Happy marketing.
