To Zillow Customer Service Only:  

Thank-you; on 11/12 the bank said that they saw 3 charges from Zillow for $9.95 each, even though my ad (?) did not go through, and it said the card was "invalid".

I was able to check on your account's logs and it doesn't show any charges on your credit card. You might be pertaining to a failed transaction which should shortly expire.
