It doesn't look like they are in a position to consider a lease to own at this time.  The home has only been on the market for 1 month too.

You may want to consider a straight lease only since the LTO doesn't protect the buyer at all.  You can buy once you are ready.

Usually you can contact the owner or agent by scrolling to the bottom of the listing and follow the "contact" links.

Lease to own is not something many are willing to consider.  Why are you interested?
