I wish to buy an uninhabitable foreclosure owned by Wells Fargo. How can I find someone to talk to?

House needs many repairs which I will do. I will pay cash for the property. I cannot find the name of the person to discuss this matter with because the bank has no procedures for selling properties that are not through a Realtor.

This property is not in any condition to be marketed that way so it has been sitting vacant for over a year.

Many properties are sitting in limbo because they don't have the documents needed to convey title to the next owner.

Hello Dennis,
Were you able to contact an agent to assist with your purchase?  Do you  have other choices besides this one? Would you like to receive listings of foreclosed homes or fixers in the cities in which you are interested? Will it be your primary residence, or are you purchasing  for re sale?

Many properties appear to sit around with no activity.  Actually there is activity going on behind the scenes between owner and lender or the banks in possession.  The short sale process can take quite some time to mature, after which the home may go to auction; and then be offered to the public. Generally speaking it can be  a year long process before even a local realtor is assigned to it.

What is the property address?  Do you wish to find out more information?  Let me help you achieve your goals.

As the other agent noted Wells Fargo exclusively uses Premier Asset Services (Pasreo) as the agency that assigns Realtors to sell their homes. You wouldn't be able to directly purchase the home from Wells Fargo. You would have to contact (or have your agent contact) the listing agent that will be assigned to the property.

More than likely, the house will be listed through an agent who works with Wells Fargo.  Just because it hasn't been listed yet doesn't mean it won't be assigned to a Realtor.  Did you look on Wells Fargo's REO site?  You might find info there.  http://www.pasreo.com/pasreo/public/content.do;jsessionid=E20CA42803B075C2EF952C83C1B046DC?pageID=2000576
