I wish to post my home. Why is my FORMER agent unable to cancel her listing of my home?

Perhaps your former agent has it in a feed from her agency that she doesn't know about.   It often happens.

If you are no longer represented by this agent then the listing can be canceled. The feeds for some sights are slow to change. You can contact the sight and have them take care of the problem.

You have signed a marketing agreement which has a expiration date.  If it is before that date you need to have reason to cancel the contract with your agent, because you have signed a legal binding agreement
