Hey Bob - I am an Iowa girl myself! Been to Indianola a couple of time for the air balloons!
We don't actually take a feed directly from the Des Moines MLS, however they do use a service called Listhub to syndicate listings on behalf of their members.
But in order for this to happen, the broker needs to opt-in to the listhub system for the syndication to work. I do know that the broker must opt in, it can't be done at the agent level.
Since I don't work either of those companies, I can't advise on the process to get this going. However, I'm sure if you called your MLS they'd be able to help.
Worst case, if you use the free service postlets or vflyer, you listings would make it to the site too. However, this would require a manual entry into their systems (but would also go to a number of sites, plus zillow).
