I would like to include a locallized map for the Palm Springs Region here in California.

In doing so, I would like to have special markers that identify homes in the Coachella Valley that have implemented sustainability to the home and property.  Such as efficient HVAC systems along with grey water and drought tolerant landscaping or if a home is LEED or Title 24 Certified.  I would like to see if this option already exists and if does would Zillow be interested in this feature.  Given Assembly Bill 32 in California and you capabilities, it would seem a natural progression for Zillow.
