I would like to know if there is any homes. I have been approved for a $157.000 loan. ( FHA) First time buyer. Looking to buy in Montgomery County Md., ( Gaithersburg, Germantown, or Rockville area.

I their any homes or town homes out there for that much, or would I have to start bidding?
