If all you're wanting is a zestimate refer to the first thread on this forum.

Depending on "why" you need to know the value, you have several tools to use. If you need the information for legal reasons, you may need a very professional report so consider the "why" along with the resource and obtain the best match. As an example, if you are challenging taxes, you need all "sold" properties but if you are selling your condo, you also need to know "listing" prices.
1) Use Zillow!
2) Contact a real estate firm in your town and ask for a free market analysis.
3). Search the web for "IDX" on agent websites
4) Call an appraiser and pay for a full written appraisal
5) Check the comparable sales on your area's tax assessor records

I can refer you to an area realtor so you can have a market analysis. Send me your email address, and I will have an agent follow up with you.

I would like to know the value of my condo.
