Your best bet is to find a REALTOR with experience selling lots in the Benson area. You can ask a REALTOR you know in the area you live and he should be able to help you find a good professional, or you can search online for REALTORs in the area.
In any case, make sure you feel comfortable with the professional you decide to work with.
