Hi Stuart,
Here is what you do,...
Go to the Directories tab there at the top. put your mouse on it and you will see a drop down and on the right side you will see tools under that you will see "Join" click join and sign up.
If you have problems, call me tomorrow after 4-6 and I will walk you through it.
FYI make a list of towns you work in before you start the process as that is important.

Your info wasn't entered when you created a sign in? In that case go to the tab "my zillow"(top right) and enter your info. You should be able to find your info under the "directory" for your zip code. best of luck
