Mike West says:
"Submitting three offers on different homes on the same day, when you only have the intention of buying one, shows a complete lack of respect for the sellers and all of the agents involved."

But setting a date when offers will be accepted to create a multiple offer situation and misleading buyers about "multiple offers" is not disrespectful of the buyer?

Jumping to conclusions about the poster and their motives before understanding the situation is not disrespectful of the poster?
I guess we know who is respectful and who is not.

Hi Alex.  Why would you want to submit three offers in one day?  It seems like a lot of extra work for you and your Buyer's Agent.   I would just suggest putting an offer in on the one you really want and wait for a response from the seller.  If you can't agree on terms, then move on to your next one.  Good luck!

Yes, you can submit all the offers you want, as long as right after you get one accepted you sent withdrawl notices to all the other ones.  But first....have you discussed this with your buyer agent, or are you do it on your own.....?

Yes you can do it. I am not sure why do you want to do that. Sometimes it makes sense to submit two offers at the same time ( when you have a back up offer or when there is multiple offers situation). With all respect to the seller the buyer needs to look to his own interest.
As an agent who works lots with the short sales I don't understand  what kind of advantage you will have as the buyer in 3 short sales?

Submitting three offers on different homes on the same day, when you only have the intention of buying one, shows a complete lack of respect for the sellers and all of the agents involved.  You may be able to get some buyer's agent to go along with that program but PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME.

That is no way to treat people.  And remember that some day you will be a seller.  How would you like to be treated that way?

It's possible that if you submit 3 written offers and the sellers sign and return all three, you are technically under contract on all of them.  There's ways to get out of anything, but why create the extra work for yourself or your agent?

You can submit all 3 offers but if one get accepted and you want that home, it is best to have your agent submit the correct form to cancel the other offers so other buyers can get theirs accepted.
