That property was bank owned but just closed on January 6th so it is no longer available.
I did pull up other similar homes in Middleton and found 184 homes currently for sale. You will see how that number changes as I keep trying to adjust close to what this one had in case you would like to go see some homes that are still available:
184 homes for sale in Middleton then adjusted as I add criteria (minimum criteria only - no upper except price at $150K max)
88 are priced under $150,000
81 have at least 3 bedrooms
71 @ 2 baths
67 @ 2 car garages
60 over 1200 sq. ft.
54 after taking out properties with contingent offers
- 11 have at least 10,000 sq. ft and larger lots!
- of the 54, 10 are brand new homes under construction or never lived in
Therefore, if we can't find the right home, we can build it! (And still do it in time before the tax credit money is over!
