The lower level has a finished basement area and a 2-car side entry garage. It appears as if the property has 2,000+/- sq ft on the upper level and 700 sq ft +/- finished on the lower level. By the way, the risers and steps are finished with plywood and need hardwood or carpet installed. Thanks! B
