If I buy a foreclosure in Maui, Hawaii, can I still take advantage of first time buyer incentives?

Not sure what the home buying incentives are in Hawaii. But the $8,000 tax credit has expired for both the civilians (June 2010 expired) and military buyers (expired June 2011). The most likely possibilities would be state specific programs.

Hope this helps.
