I have edited home facts before for clients. It's been in my experience that those changes start to change the "zestimate" usually within the first few weeks. It can take up to a month or so for all new facts to be integrated in.
Often times, even after editing your information the "zestimate" can still be off from actual market value.
Good luck!

Hi Julann -
Wetdawgs is right. If changes were made to the home facts, you would need to wait after 8 weeks or so for it to affect the Zestimate. We can't guarantee though what direction it will take (increase or decrease), or if it will change at all.
Thank you.

Sharon's response does not support what Zillow employees have typed elsewhere.
Perhaps the confusion is that the Zestimate is updated 3x a week, but only slowly shows the effects of edits to home facts.

Ok those are are drastically different times. Is there a difference in what days days to update and what take weeks-months to update?

The Zestimate update appears fully after several weeks to several months. The last one I monitored carefully took about 8 weeks for fully incorporating the edited facts.

24-48 hours normally.

If I edit my home facts, how long will it take for the Zestimate to be updated?
