If I list a home that's been previously listed with another brokerage, how do I claim the listing?

Go to TOOLs on left handside, right beside the picures, than go on "Edit listing info" than go on #1
  1. Recently hired as agent — You were recently hired by the owner as the sole agent to list this home.
     Take over this listing.
Just change the MLS number and DONE!!  Good luck !

If the listing is still showing as being actively for sale, you click the gray "flag" button and select 'dispute lisitng agent'.  This will trigger an email to our customer service team to update the contact information.

(You should update your profile to include your photo and some marketing text about yourself.  It will show up on your listing. )
