Zillow is it's own entity aside from the MLS. If you are looking to have your home listed on the MLS, you will want to contact a Realtor or Real Estate Professional that has access to posting on the MLS.
If you are selling a home, most Realtors do not charge a commission until the home actually sells. So, it might be worth contacting a Realtor in your area, they will market your home until it sells. They should also be able to provide you with a Net Sheet which details all of your estimated expenses, including closing costs and commissions that will be paid when you close.

If I place an ad to Zillow is it listed in the MLS listing or is there an additional fee for this?
MLS?
FSBO?
etc...
