Same thing all the lenders are trying to tell us, and all for "self interest" rather than really trying to be objective.  Why didn't you tell your customers a whole year ago???? There were several on this website telling us; but the lenders, realtors, government officals and media sources kept saying "no".

 

Your infomation is out of date, and I'm glad I missed it.

 

Your post is what Zillow called "spam" and doesn't meet their good neighbor policy.
