Hi Nick -
We can only remove the posting on Zillow temporarily. But if the listing originates from a feed where we don't have control nor access to, the property/posting will need to be removed from their system before it can be permanently removed from Zillow.
Thank you.

It seems to have been fixed but for future reference scroll down to the very bottom where it has the listing agent and listing provided by. Like now its Iseemedia and it goes to a realbiz360 vtour. If no one notifies them that it is sold it will continue to override anything you update. That is why its good to have a website syndication feature that you are in command. Sara will tell you that if you set up your listing feed from your website then all others cant mess with it. This is good practice because when you buy web services from this person and that person they include listing syndication but they are not as good (miss details to your property, dont give you admin control, etc) and it can actually cause problems. As a Main Line Real Estate Agent if our clients don't get the best service and have issues with their listings not displaying right or as complete as they should WE hear about it! I know this is a little off point but to steer clear of future problems get your listing syndication done properly and this won't happen. So Sara, once you get notified, you have to wait for the owner of the feeed to update as opposed to being able to mark it sold yourselves.

We process every feed every night. So I'd say a very maximum of 24 hours once we know. The wildcard is how long it takes to the source of the data to tell us.

If a home sells and remains showing for sale, how long does it take zillow to update when notified?
