If a mortgage request has no lender responses within 24 hrs, can I assume none will come?

Your best best is to re-submit a request for a cash-out refinance.  The way it stands the request is for a HELOC which most lenders don't quote on Zillow.

Offers should come flying in!

I appreciate your input. My wording may have been wrong. Wasn't necessarily looking for an 80% LTV home eq loan. My two scenarios were to refinance with cashout (130K) to cover existing original mort, existing HELOC, and consolidate other debt. OR; Keep existing first mortgage as is and get a replacment home eq to cover the existing HELOC and other debt, of which are approximately $60,000.00

thanks again.

After seeing the quote request I can see why nothing came in-  Home Equity Lines are few and far between in this market.  You indicated an LTV of 80%-  That is too high for an equity line as well.  Barring that, I will shoot you via the request you sent in a quote for a 30 Year fixed.
