If it says "no", I'd simply ask the listing agent/landlord for more details. It might mean either of your options, or it might mean that when they listed the property they didn't get the "yes" option accepted by the database when they submitted the listing.

It is hard to tell from your question. Where is the house located. Most homes in Mecklenburg county would have high speed internet available... it might not be in the house currently.



If listing says No to high-speed internet and cable service, does it mean not provided or not avail?
