You can't. Homes aren't sold based on Zillow's Zestimates. Just like they aren't sold based on county assessed value. If you want to know the value of your home contact a realtor in your area or get an appraisal.
Zestimates are simply opinions of value without knowing all the facts, etc.. Your elevator isn't going to fall into zillow's estimates, but it will certainly be used to determine value from a realtor or appraiser.
Don't pay any attention to the zestimate. It means nothing.
