I know a couple that one home was in forecloure and what did they do .. go out and buy another one at the same time! yes.. the first home was only 35,000 they let it go into foreclosure, and before that was over with ,, they bought a bigger home 146,000. and they got the mortgage. so something isnt right here!

I didnt say i was going ot get a home mortgage right after BK discharge,, people just tell me their our companies out there that does this.. thye will be higher interest rates.. I am not getting into anything that soon after BK discharge..

If you find them good luck with getting the loan closed, there is a big difference in saying you have a program and closing with that program. get your credit squared away after BK and be read for that 731st day after discharge,
