If there is an error on a listing regarding when it was sold last and at how much, how can it be fix

Is it possible the property sold in 2006?

If there are errors such as these, open the property details page, scroll to the "price history" table and use the little white flag on the right end of the row of numbers showing the incorrect transaction.   But, before you do so make sure you check county records to confirm that there was indeed no sale in 2006.   Zillow doesn 't change things if they are supported by the assessor's office records.
