The short answer is no. Listing on Zillow will not get you on the MLS. You would have to contract with a listing agent or list it with an real estate agency that would agree to just list in the local MLS for a flat fee.

An MLS is a unilateral agreement to offer a co-operative broker commission between real estate brokers. MLS's are private entities and in general brokers and agents have to be members of a certain association to have access to their local MLS. Zillow is not an owner of the MLS. In order to have your house listed on the MLS in general you will need to have a listing agreement with a real estate agent that is a member of your local MLS.
Hope that helps.

Our company can list your property on the local MLS in your area for a flat fee. I want to make sure that you understand how this money saving process works. [hotlink deleted by Zillow moderator. Please refer to Good Neighbor Policy for posting guidelines]

A house listed for sale on Zillow shows also on yahoo real estate. Zillow listings do not go to the MLS. In order to list on the MLS, you need to have a contract with a member agent who will list on the MLS. Some will do this for a flat fee.
If we list our home on zillo, we you also list it on a mls
