Yes ~ it sounds like you have the right idea...disclose it.  Have you gotten an estimate on how much it would be to repair it?  Might be worth it...depending on the rental market in your area, it might be valuable to you to have it in good working condition  :)

Yes of course just have the new tenant sign a disclosure that states the jacuzzi is non-operative. I hope this helps.

Yes, absolutely you can. Is the Jacuzzi a part of the condo building or is it private to one unit?  If private, I would either have it fixed or remove it.  That way you don't look like a landlord who doesn't make repairs.
