Somewhere close to a V.A. hospital (perhaps clinic) where I can get 40 acres at a reasonable price with minimal winter and rust is not an issue. Does such a place exist?

The Upper Kentucky Lake/Barkley Lake area is my favorite part of North Kentucky. The Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area is a national treasure. Beautiful vistas and a lot less people than San Diego.
