Jacksonville Golf & CC is a very nice neighborhood and holds its values well...Very family oriented with activities for kids as well as adults.  Queens Harbour is nice for boaters with access to Intracoastal.  It really depends on your preferences.  Please contact me at any time and I will be happy to sign you up in Listingbook which allows you to search for homes just like I do...Completely free service!!  I just need your full name and email address and I will send you the link.
