Who is the they who recommended? You probably need current market value(like a cma) not old values. But let's assume you DO need old values. Put your zip code in the search box and click go. then put cursor on "directory" tab and click allstars or experts and contact one with experience. That will be a good resource for you. Also in my area we have firms who dispute tax values and only get paid a percent if they get them reduced.
