Hi Ed,
I am a lender on this site also. I know that you quote on a lot of the same things that I do. I have a "Nathan Lee" that gave me a bad recommendation and I have never had any contact with him via e-mail or phone. Looked at my quote and it was 6.5% with 1 point just like every one elses. How can I get this negative rating off of me. I don't know how to contact zillow to tell them. He is probably a lender that is trying to sabotage us. Any suggestions. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

Yes, you would think people would understand that buying a home for the "first time" would be enough to pick up the phone and call someone to get help "current" information about buying a home. Encouraging a email reply does not make any sense to me. I had someone who wanted "100% financing" and she only wanted me to reply by email, i was waiting for her call it seemed like they we're interested, you need to understand there is alot of information required before you can begin to talk about home loans. Especially when it comes to credit, income, work history, and many more things i could make a list here that will blow your mind. Please let people know somehow if you are not serious about home financing it is not are fault if we we're not able to help them. I don't feel this meets the code of conduct guidelines, please look into this for me thanks.

As a matter of fact, we will stop quoting anyone until Zillow fixes this problem. Just doesn't make sense to qualify anyone without a signed 1003 and documentation. People think they can apply for a loan without giving a lender the documents needed. Those days are gone. If they want a loan they better pick up the phone and call.

Hi Teena, just flagged Zillow about this negative comment and hope they delete it and maybe ban this person. If Zillow wants to be a serious website they have to only allow serious people to participate.

Implement a better feedback system.

Contributions:22A shopper has just us negative feedback with out ever calling our offices nor filling out and submitting a 1003 (Residential Loan Application). They must understand that any misrepresentations on the 1003 is a Felony. We request that Zillow remove this negative feedback and they posibility that these "shoppers" leave any type of feedback in this sense. All loan applications have a disclaimer stating that loan approval is subject to underwriting approval and the correct and accurate documentation must be provided by the borrower. This is going to lead to abuses of the Zillow feedback system and should be discontinued until it is modified. This can produce many errors and hardships to many financial institutions.
