Important for forign investors in detroit

I'm a non US citizen that own few houses in Detroit, as such I'm not familiar with home insurance options, and also accountant that can manage my tax work in the US.
i will be glad to get some info on good people\company to make contact with that are familiar with work with out of US investors.
